Jetwing Hotels are always a pleasure to stay at. I like the zero plastic and attempts to be eco-friendly, though at Jetwing Beach the airconditioning doesn't knock off when the key tag is removed. I was told that that is because of the condensation and dampness that can occur if there is no AC. The hotel is turning to solar to meet all its electricity needs so that will resolve this anomaly. Disability access is also good except that the lift only goes from the reception to the rooms and not to the restaurant and the beach. Was checking that out for my sister who should be able to manage because the steps to the restaurant have a railing on both the left and the right, but it would be completely inaccessible for someone in a wheelchair. Loved the breakfast buffet - its only at a hotel buffet that you can have dosa and sambar with eggs ad bacon!!! and the little touches of welcome biscuits and goodnight chocolates are nice too....stayed only one night, but it was a good experience. Fully recommend to anyone...

Housekeeping staff were excellent. Attentive and always keen to help with anything. Beach staff were also very helpful. Generally all staff were friendly and sincere. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Location was good - beach life was interesting but not too busy. Loved the big pool.

Beautiful hotel and our room was amazing - big, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Great location.

Lovely location, right on the beach, lots of bars and restaurants walking distance - it was great to be able to have a drink in bed and look at the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff, as in everywhere in Sri Lanka. Yes you get mosquitos, and crows round the swimming pool - of course, this is Negombo! But the rooms are huge and and the double length pool is great for a morning swim and sunbathe, it was a very pleasant three days and great to be so close to the airport that we had a very short transfer on arrival.

Huge clean lovely room with every facility you could need and more. Tv in the room with a channel guide as well which helps when you’re abroad and can’t figure out the channels! Really nice hotel. Huge buffet breakfast or if not a buffet you can order as much as you like and it was all delicious. Right on the beach with two lovely pools so great location. Also had a spa treatment which was pure luxury.

It was amazing!! We had the pool with the sunbeds by the sand or another pool with sunbeds around them! The room was so big and clean! They put chocolates on our bed before we got back at night and the staff were so calm and friendly and helpful! Such a stunning hotel

Great location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Well appointed room with good facilities. Lovely pool, choice of bars and restaurants. Good food, lovely Spa, amazing sunsets and nice to be on the beach. Would happily recommend it and hope to go back.

The initial room we checked into was dirty and we were very quickly upgraded to a wonderful suite with beautiful views over the river and swimming pool. Very helpful staff particularly Sakuna who was charged with looking after us. He went out of our way to make sure we had everything that we wanted and was helpful in planning where to go.

Nice hotel. Nice room. The receptionists were friendly people and made the tourists feel welcome. The main restaurant food was good. There is a 22% government tax and a 10% service charge on the bill. It’s better to dine at the many restaurants nearby.

Great friendly staff. Great pool and beach area. Clean beach. Excelent beach view rooms with good quality food and beverage. Will return if in the area. Can't recommend highly enough for a short visit.
